This fee is charged by our third-party payment processor and is not retained by Houston County. No-fee payment options are available, including bank draft (ACH) and e-check (online).

Customers should be aware that utility bills and payments made during the week of March 9–16 may experience a short delay. Payments made during this period will still be processed and credited appropriately. Penalties and late fees will not be assessed during this transition.
