Payment Information:
You can make utility payments using the following payment options:
- Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Draft (ACH), E-Check (Online)
- A processing fee of 3.5% (minimum $2.50 per transaction) applies to credit and debit card payments. E.g.: A $50 payment will include a $2.50 fee.
- E-check payments have a $1.95 processing fee.

- Check (In-office, mail)

Customers should be aware that utility bills and payments made during the week of March 9–16 may experience a short delay. Payments made during this period will still be processed and credited appropriately. Penalties and late fees will not be assessed during this transition.
